About Us:
· We are a local proprietor owned business that was established in 2000. We carry a full insurance package that includes General Liability, Automobile and Worker’s Compensation and a General Liability Insurance of $ 2.0 million. We are licensed by the California Department of Forestry as unrestricted Timber Operator, license number A 10159.
· The company is owned and operated by Dave Ayon, who worked for the U.S. Forest Service as a Hotshot and engine crew member during the 1980's and 90's and five years as a Forest Protection Officer on the Angeles and San Bernardino National Forests prior to starting his own business. Dave has invaluable professional experience and the finest training.
· We have an excellent reputation in the community as the to-go-to business for the highly technical felling of hazardous trees. Among our many clients are the Arrowhead Woods Architectural Committee, the Arrowhead Lake Association and the Arrowhead Communities Fire Safe Council. We were one of the first contractors to qualify for the renowned Forest Care program, which unfortunately is no longer funded by the government. We were a qualified contractor for the San Bernardino County's Hazardous Tree Removal Program that is also no longer funded. We are a contractor for Running Springs Fire Department's Hazardous Fuels Abatement Program.
· We are a highly committed professional team that understands trees and forests and how we live in the Wildland Urban Interface. Trimming and lacing is done to arborist standards using the utmost care in protecting the tree. Removal of trees, especially those deemed a hazard, is done to highest safety standards often using a crane when the tree is too close to a house, road, power line or any other asset worth protecting. Our experienced tree climbers work carefully and efficiently.
. Since the beginning of 2014 we have expanded our area of operation and to include the Inland Empire with superior tree service that includes tree trimming, tree lacing and highly technical removal of trees and palm trees. With our expert knowledge of fire hazard mitigation, we offer fire code compliance work for properties in residential areas of the foothills.
